Ready Set Let's Go
Open up a new image 700 by 700 white background
copy and paste frame 3 as a new layer image resize 65%
Magic wand click inside both frames selections modify expand by 4
copy and paste a paper 10 as a new layer selection invert delete select done
move under the frame
Magic wand click inside one of the frames add a tube of choice arrange selection invert delete select none move under the frame
Click on the other frame and do the same as above
Add any embellishments of choice drop shadow
Add your name and all copyrights and url,s
Merge all visible resize 75%
save as a jpg or png
all done
